You will collaborate closely with product managers, business partners, and platform teams to deliver high-value AI agents that solve real-world problems across the enterprise.
What you'll work on
Engineering & Development
- Design, develop, deploy, and evaluate AI agents and AI workflows.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices in security, performance, and accuracy.
Optimization & Evaluation
- Implement frameworks for agent testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to meet evolving business needs.
- Build pipelines and tooling for efficient deployment and monitoring of AI agents.
Innovation & Experimentation
- Stay at the forefront of AI model and tool innovation, bringing forward experimental approaches to improve solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and validate new ideas with stakeholders.
- Share insights and emerging best practices across engineering teams.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and business units to deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing, AI-related communications, documentation, and enablement efforts.
