Role overview
The Systems Integrator and AI Architect is responsible for designing, integrating, and deploying scalable enterprise business systems across the organization with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role serves as a cross-functional technical partner — collaborating with business process owners, data stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate functional needs into enterprise-grade solutions that drive operational efficiency, security, and innovation.
In addition to developing and maintaining software and middleware components, the Architect will design and implement flexible Large Language Model (LLM) and AI-based solutions tailored to the business, ensuring measurable value through automation, data exchange, and intelligent workflows. The position will also support and enhance SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and associated M365 workloads, while maintaining strong security posture, documentation standards, and testing practices.
Success in this role requires hands-on development skills, familiarity with modern cloud and integration technologies, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing independent execution and collaborative problem-solving.
What you'll work on
- Building, integrating and deploying scalable enterprise-wide business systems using best practices with a focus on Microsoft 365.
- Interface with business process owners/data owners to document/deliver required functional specifications, propose and refine solutions; and implement solutions.
- Designing/implementing AI LLM that is flexible, customizable and scalable.
- Integrating and tailoring AI to the business to produce value driven output.
- Developing software, using modern programming languages and design methodologies to deliver versatile enterprise solutions
- Maintaining the company middleware along with designing future data exchange between additional systems.
- Automating and performing operations on SharePoint Online to ensure company is operating efficiently.
- Troubleshooting SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams escalated issues from Tier 1 support.
- Maintaining best practice security posture; staying current on relevant security threats, viruses, or errors that might hinder the performance of applications.
- Remain current on technology trends and foster innovation.
- Preparing well documented Functional Specifications for assigned projects.
- Create and perform Test Plans, including test cases, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure testing is performed and documented.

What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of related field experience in IT roles.
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
