o Big Data and AI in the health sector;
o Electronic health care/patient records;
o Digital skills;
o Data protection and ethical aspects;
o Cyber risks
Description of the needs
- Help with the evaluation of telemedicine projects.
- Help with Health and Social Care Workforce Planning projects.
- Help with the assessment of requests for TSI 2022.
- Help with Digital Skills for Digital Transformation of Health and Care System projects.
Profile of the candidate
Ideally, they have a good understanding and experience in some of the following topics:
- National/European regulatory frameworks on digital finance
- Big Data/AI/Machine learning
- Robo‐advisors: Technology, Risks and Use cases
- Blockchain: underlying technology and different use cases
- Crypto assets, “stablecoins” and virtual currencies
- Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and their use in finance
- ICT/cyber resilience
- Cyber risk
- Cloud Computing and other new outsourcing practices in the financial services sector
- Behavioural finance in the innovation context, including understanding the impact of innovative technologies on consumer and investor behaviour
- Business model analysis in digital finance context
- Fragmentation of value chains
- Platformisation – regulatory, technical and behavioural implications
- Technological innovation and sustainability concerns: Green/Social FinTech and sustainability impacts of tech innovations
- Data protection and ethical aspects
- Competition and consumer protection issues related to technology in finance
- Digital financial literacy
