DSR Corporation is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and talented team member to develop our US sales around Decentralized Systems and Application Development. You will be responsible for maximizing sales in your region and delivering net new customers. You are a hunter and are at your best looking for new logos. Your sales pipeline will include leads from lead gen/ marketing programs as well as your own sourced leads from proactive networking. You have an active and passionate interest in technology, innovation, and disruption.
Responsibilities
Sales/Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities and accounts in your target territory/line of business.
  • Create and propose custom client solutions, and close net new business.
  • Break into and drive large, complex deals from lead to close. Experience navigating various size companies.
  • Drive account strategies and coordinate selling efforts with channel partners to execute a sales process and win deals.
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities with multiple partners at once while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Build accurate forecasting and an operational cadence with management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services and provide knowledge of operational and technical abilities to develop high-quality solution proposals.
  • Have a passion for technology and speak fluently about current trends related to Decentralized Systems, cloud solutions, and SaaS.
  • Develop champions, stakeholder mind-share, and close at the VP/C level.
  • Leverage and collaborate with internal/external resources as a team player.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth by developing and executing a tactical business development plan.
  • Attend relevant conferences or trade shows.
  • Travel as required.
Client Account Management
  • Contribute to the overall customer experience by establishing a strong working relationship with existing clients and by implementing solutions selling and building new client relationships
  • Drive referenceable customer satisfaction in your accounts.
  • Work closely with the DSR Engineering Services delivery team to promote services and drive further sales
  • Liaise with the Engineering team on the execution of projects

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years minimum experience working in sales, business development, or demand generation
  • A demonstrable track record of identifying and closing net new business with year-over-year growth in sales revenue
  • Experience working in professional technical/technology services selling complex custom solutions
  • Experience selling to large enterprise accounts as well as significant account management experience for client accounts
  • Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented, self-starter who can establish a clear course of action
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational skills, detail-oriented and a strong commitment to personal and organizational accountability
  • Demonstrable experience creating productive, cooperative relationships and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills including an ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing and verbally
  • Ability to drive customer service excellence and proficient in managing client relationships at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English
  • Recent experience managing a diverse pipeline across multiple industries and customers
  • Possess a strong background of achieving over 100%+ of your quota
  • The ability to network extensively internally and externally and create long-term valued business relationships
  • Quick learner interested in technology, its application, and how it can help customers achieve their business goals
