I've Done: -Telephone, remote and face-to-face customer service. -Provide software technical support in its different desktop and server versions (Windows, MACos, etc.) -Manage virtualization technology and remote control (TeamViewer, HyperV, Cloud, etc). -Office of intermediary between the client and the support of their accounting or billing software (Tango, Bejerman, Lince, CRM Macri, etc). -Coordinate and make visits to solve hardware problems and diverse networks (Firms, Hotels and Locals with attention to the public).
