Pleasant person, lover of team-work and eager to self improve. - Problem solver - when facing a problem, I always consider every alternative, and after skills thoroughly and rapidly analysing each possible outcome, I come to an informed and calculated solution - Leadership - while working in a team, I become the natural leader when it comes to developing projects, as I can approach problems objectively, which helps me to find solutions easier and to prevent conflicts from occurring, while keeping the team focused - highly adaptable - I have had to work in various environments and with a wide range of people, in more or less difficult situations, thanks to which I learned how to handle different levels of stress effectively and meet tight deadlines - Time management skills - because of the multiple and occasionally overlapping assignments to carry out in university, I became used to dealing with and finishing a great deal of workload - Logical thinking - I seek to follow a sound chain of reasoning when dealing with a problem, regardless of it's substance
