Bio

I have experience from retail, banking, finance, entertainment and insurance industry, mainly with a focus on business development, sales, product management, project management, change management, leadership development, education and business development for over 20 years.  For the past 10 years, I have worked with some of Sweden's largest retail companies and their change and transformation journey as  well as training.  The projects have involved developing and implementing a feasibility study, a clear process for change, management team development, store development, leadership development, employee programs and customer focus programs.  I also have experience of management and strategy work as a CEO, middle manager and management consultant in various industries.  During the past year, I have also worked actively with various customers' digital transformation journeys and IT development as well as business development. I am looking for jobs with focus on product manager and project manager.   As a person, I am  positive, solution-oriented and very good at leading, coordinating, structuring and planning the work. I am  used to working both independently and in groups, and has a lot of experience in communicating and supporting people at different levels within the organization, ranging from CEO and management teams to employees and specialist functions.
