I’m Mikhail — Senior Analyst and ex-Head of Trading at a crypto market-making fund. I led 7 trading teams, managed $10M+ in AUM, and executed over 100 listings on CEX and DEX. Together with devs, I built and improved algorithms — from grid and funding rate arbitrage to VWAP and DEX market-making. I acted as internal Product Owner of the trading platform — collecting trader feedback and improving dashboards for PnL, position risk, and market monitoring. I worked across trading, dev, and sales — not just building strategies, but helping sell them to clients. Now I’m open to new roles like Desk Trader, Algo Product Owner, or Trading Lead — and looking for a team where we can build advanced trading systems either for B2B or B2C clients.
