In the IT sphere I have worked my way up from a developer to a project office manager, lingering at each intermediate stage and performing inherent tasks, combining several roles. I can safely say that I feel great in the role of a developer, team leader, project manager, product manager, project office manager. I can perform almost any task myself, but it is much more important that I can build processes in a team of specialists, teach them knowledge, pass on experience and at the end get a motivated, involved, self-organized team that will do everything with its own hands Of all the specializations listed above, the one I like the most is managing products at all stages: from MVP release to market to further retention and growth of end-users. I believe this is the position that best brings out my years of experience, my cross-functional skills, my leadership and way of thinking. Additional about myself: - I love IT sphere, products with all my soul and truly live them - I am always open to new knowledge and love to learn - Since 2023 I started to study Web3 sphere, got interested in blockchain and various protocols for Ethereum scaling. - I have great skills to work in stressful situations and conditions, I am not afraid of unexpected turns during product development - very good at team building
