Hey, I’m Ell — a community & project manager who’s passionate about building things that bring people together. For the past 4+ years, I’ve been working at the intersection of Web3, creative tech, and community engagement — launching products, growing ecosystems, and making sure people feel seen, heard, and excited to be part of something. My background spans design, content, moderation, and product coordination — and I bring it all together when leading projects or nurturing online spaces. I believe in the long game: steady progress, real connection, and creating value through consistency.
