I am an experienced, goal orientated and motivated operations and client relationship/success professional, who thrives in a challenging and progressive environment. A creative at heart; by nature, I am constantly looking for effective solutions to improve internal processes and increase revenue. I have a proven track record of managing and improving both operational flows and customer service levels and relationships, whilst also managing risk appropriately. I have consistently managed the most senior and demanding client relationships throughout my career. I take immense pride in excellent customer service, client experience and overall strategy and I have contributed to these processes for some of the most successful organisations in the world, including 9 years with Goldman Sachs. I am of an entrepreneurial mindset and keen to join an organisation where I can contribute and can help scale.
