I have a strong background in IT infrastructure administration and management, with over three years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist at Springlight Technologies and a Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer at Tek Experts. I am proficient in system analysis, design, repair, and maintenance, as well as Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Azure Virtual Machines. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Soil Science and Agronomy from the University of Uyo and a Cloud Development certification from Utiva.
