I worked my way up from sales manager to Head of Recruitment and Adaptation. Lately I have been helping online academies build internal processes in their sales departments - analytics, regulations, monetary motivation, interaction with clients and related departments. For the last year I have been helping crypto projects to build internal processes, launch products on the market and develop marketing strategies.
