My name is Cylia, from South Africa. I worked in a customer facing role for 3 years as a customer service team member and 1 year as a shift supervisor. I also have experience in customer support through social media, chats, emailing,and telephone. My current role is trust and safety quality support analyst. Some of my responsibilities includes quality auditing, online content review, supporting agents,conducting RCA on all errors, coaching,policy updates training, perfomance management and reporting.
