I'm a high agency worker. Meaning I do everything I can to help the people I work with to be their best version and drive the product forward. In my current role at Hichee.com, I led the development of the product strategy and roadmap. I worked closely with the development, marketing, and design teams to create a product that met the needs of our users. I was also responsible for launching several new product features, including a Chrome extension, a trip planner, and a booking estimator. These features were successful in increasing our user base and revenue. I am also an experienced leader. I have led teams that add up to 120 people, and I have a proven ability to motivate and inspire my team members. I am also an effective communicator, and I am able to clearly articulate my vision for the product to both technical and non-technical audiences.
