My name is Dony Firman Fajariza. I am a 'Jack of All Trades'. I am currently working as a New Market Support Manager at TripleTen International, helping students solve coding and technical problems. I use HubSpot (CRM) to address any issues and questions posed by students in SEA. I also have experience creating several dashboards to facilitate decision-making. I have several certifications in the field of Data (Python, Tableau, and Excel) and in the field of Software Quality Assurance.
