I am dedicated to the IT profession. I always try to improve my work and the work of my colleagues. I seek the erudite and remain naive about various social and professional aspects with the will to learn. Between 2011 and 2015, I was responsible for starting an Apple authorized service provider assistance services at one of the Apple Premium Resellers. I followed the first years of growth of this company. I am able to keep the order of work going through new challenges: implementation of changes, alignment of objectives and group productivity.
