To succeed in business, one has to come early and stay late. I’m no stranger to self-incentivized and disciplined work toward a goal. I used to compete in sports, solely on intrinsic desire successfully, so I’m no stranger to hard work. Of course, the office isn’t the gym, but I think that the values and lessons do carry over. It’s important to me to act responsibly, but also with integrity. What I mean by that, is to act diligently when no one is looking over my shoulder.
