Crypto Lending Sales Trader - Managing crypto-to-crypto institutional lending book as one of team of three, increasing book size 300% (~$60m - $180m), working with top institutions in the Crypto and Tradfi spaces - Performing collateral management activities and initiating new loans directly with counterparties (Term sheet negotiation) – all counterparties have performed with no credit events since program inception - Attending conferences and networking events to find new opportunities and create relationships with potential/existing institutional counterparties to enhance TCI’s business development and relationship management efforts - Organized, communicated and executed testing with third-party technology platform contracted to build TCI’s Loan Management System. Responsibilities include platform testing (UAT), vendor communication (project managers and developers), bug identification and tracking, training new users - Performing full range of counterparty onboarding and management activities including documentation management, review and contract negotiation related to Master Lending Agreements and Term Sheets. Interact daily with all internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Institutional Sales and Senior Management Team
