Hi, I'm Julie, a dedicated blockchain product management professional with a strong passion for innovative technology. My career path showcases a unique combination of strategic project management, product development, and a seamless blend of traditional industries with advanced blockchain solutions. Most recently, I worked as a Blockchain Product Management Specialist at Arthur Capital, where I was responsible for planning a blockchain fundraising platform that adhered to financial regulations. I designed financial products tailored to various user needs, enhancing both platform security and accessibility. During my tenure, I successfully led the initial development and validation of the platform and managed the execution of two fundraising projects. Previously, as a Blockchain Product Project Assistant at Code & Order, I played a key role in planning product functions and drafting product specifications. I analyzed market demands and ensured the adoption of suitable technical standards. Through effective communication with developers and the implementation of Agile Scrum methodologies, I became well-versed in agile software development processes. One of my notable achievements was contributing to the NFT digital stamp collection project, which was showcased at Art Taipei, drawing over 5,000 visitors and gaining recognition from Chunghwa Post. Earlier in my career, I accumulated significant experience as an Administrative Customer Service Specialist at Yung Min International Development Ltd. In this role, I managed over 30 HR application projects and precisely coordinated medical examination schedules for more than 500 foreign workers. This experience sharpened my project management skills and my ability to quickly understand and address client needs. My journey into blockchain began over seven years ago, sparked by an unexpected introduction to this emerging technology. Motivated by curiosity, I shifted my career focus, advancing my knowledge through self-study and participation in industry seminars. I also joined the volunteer-driven blockchain media team, Walkincat, where I wrote over 20 educational and market analysis articles, refining my ability to communicate complex blockchain concepts in an accessible way. To further bolster my expertise, I engaged in government-backed talent investment programs to deepen my project management skills and attended an English language school in Cebu, Philippines, to enhance my communication capabilities and global perspective.
