Over the last 9 years, I have worked in IT, where I have been in service operations, carrying out projects and executing them. Working with ITIL standards, making my way through different layers of a service desk has given me a deep understanding of collaboration of the various sectors. An effective team player and communicator who naturally gets engaged in tasks and projects to attain results. Aspiring to challenge my skillset and expand in the vast Web 3 world
