I draw upon 20+ years of delivery and consulting experience in leading projects from concept to launch. I excel at managing stakeholders across functions and geographies, defining target operating models and IT solutions for complex business needs. Most of my experience is in B2B markets in the regulated financial service industry, covering Investment Banking, Commercial & Personal Insurance domains.  I enjoy the challenges of greenfield projects as well as established products. I’m constantly looking for ways to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency in process. Inspect and adapt is a core mantra. I can effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation, from engineers to C-suite. I’m direct, comfortable making difficult decisions and ultimately focused on the delivery of value.
