For the past 4+ years, I have had the privilege of leading software and professional services teams. Currently, as Director of Product Development reporting to the VP of Technology and leading multiple teams of engineers. Throughout my career, I have always felt a strong sense of responsibility to fulfill our commitments and ensure we deliver on the promises we make to our customers. One of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I've had was starting a whole new Professional Services department role while reporting directly to the COO of the company, building a team of 60 people in just one year. Following the success of this project, I moved back to Technology to take on a Director role, having previously served as the Scrum Master Lead. As a Director, my role is to act as a nexus between the technology, UI/UX, and product management teams, ensuring the success of our engineering teams. I strive to be proactive, curious, and data-driven, with a genuine passion for the DevOps culture.
