Applicable Experience and Achievements As the GTM Growth Lead, I spearheaded the development of internal processes and onboarding procedures, including: • SFDC pipeline optimization • Centralized documentation for account tracking, external communications, and marketing transitions • Design of scalable playbooks/frameworks that accelerated knowledge growth and external user interactions • Managing BoB of 250+ protocols/dapps across 25 blockchains • Top performing IC for 12 consecutive quarters, exceeding metrics by 120-250%.
