With over two decades of experience in testing and quality assurance and a background that started with a degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Mark has made significant contributions across diverse commercial sectors. His expertise spans test management, manual and automated testing, the creation of custom test automation frameworks, the design and enhancement of QA processes, and active participation in development activities, including CI/CD and DevOps pipelines. Mark has successfully tested & led or managed the testing effort for various platforms within a multitude of industry sectors including eCommerce and Big Pharma, has spent time working for a big consultancy firm and also has demonstrable experience designing, developing and testing in the web3 space.
