My name is Nayeem, I have very strong skills in both technical and managerial roles. I have also been the co-founder for a stat-up. I want to be a product manager because it's the best way for me to use my skills as a leader and organizer to contribute to a company, which I find very fulfilling in the sustainable world. My first management job as a co-founder and manager, was the one which inspired me to follow my career path in management. I enjoyed delegating tasks and ensuring that all aspects of the company were running smoothly. As every project comes with various challenges and hurdles, I prefer to collaborate with a team to solve those challenges, So I strongly believe in collaboration over competition. Looking into web3 experience, I am active moderator for "code green" sustainable community.
