Hi All! My name is Alex and I'm an experienced and self-sufficient digital executive with major competences in product and team management, strategic vision and entrepreneurial approach. My experience includes more than 15 years of digital - from governmental organizations to international corporations (taking roles from PM to CDTO, 100+ employees) to tech startups - either founded by me or as a partner (primarily on CPO roles) in Moscow. I am currently looking for owners of a new project, ambitious both technically and in terms of scale. Career highlights: - As a CDTO, successfully managed digital transformation process and software developnemt for Economic Block of the Moscow Government for 2 years, with 100+ employees in management; - As a CPO, successfully managed to scale business of Moscow's low-volume procurement system 6,5 times in 3 years (https://zakupki.mos.ru); - Consulted 'heavy' corps in digital transformation of business, including creation and/or adaptation of web3 strategies; - Created and run a small NFT agency in 2021 (https://rsno.group) running projects for movie industry and private collectors; - Started 4 businesses; - As a CPO of fintech startup FINFACTORY I currently shape the product vision, customer development, key account acquisition (Top-600 RU corporations) and product implementation of Supply Chain Finance-class system.
