Single point of contact for customers throughout the program delivery and key stakeholder management to both technical and non-technical audiences.   Title: Program Manager, February 2021 – February 2022  Responsibilities include managing the delivery of large programs of work with up to 30 people working on the project, leading daily stand-ups and managing the overall delivery. Acting as a strategic adviser to customers on their Automation strategy from process workshops to generate pipeline, all the way through to ROI analysis and linking the value generated to customer KPI’s  Title: Solution Architect, September 2019 – February 2021  Responsibilities include providing guidance on critical components of Intelligent Automation programs throughout the automation lifecycle, from defining the automation potential and delivery approach for FTSE 100 organizations, to hands-on transformation and design, through to the build, test, and deployment of processes. Additional duties include senior stakeholder management, involvement in sales and pre-sales meetings, and mentoring engineers on large delivery projects.     The Hackett Group  Title: Senior Consultant, February 2019 – September 2019  Title: Consultant, January 2018 – February 2019  As a Consultant, I worked within an Agile team, across the full Intelligent Automation delivery life cycle for FTSE 100 customers, including infrastructure setup, training workshops, process prioritisation, design, development, UAT, production, and post-production maintenance.    Octopus Investments  Title: RPA Developer, August 2017 – January 2018   Advised on the core components of an Intelligent Automation program while delivering several processes through the full automation lifecycle.     ZappiStore  Title: Consultant Developer, March 2016 – August 2017   Scrum agile development: two-week sprints, daily morning scrums, retrospectives, within a cross functional team of developers, QA, Product Owner and Scrum Master. Worked in a Test-Driven Development/ Behaviour Driven Development environment using Ruby on Rails. Have been solely responsible for fortnightly production and UAT environment releases. Maintained coding standards via peer code reviews on GitHub.
