Creating processes for problem solving My primary goals is to create processes that solves every problem. 1. Process 1: majorly involves identification of the unknown, here I try to remove my biases from my preconceived knowledge of what I think the solution is.This allows for proper narrowing and creation of ideas. 2. Process 2: This involves hierarchy creation, every problem has a cause and it always starts from somewhere identifying the causes of a problem and knowing the underlying issues that can drive result faster is the goal here 3. Process 3: probability and judgement, biases affects the way we perceive situations, unknowingly to us our brains tries to find answers that serves as confirmation to our knowledge of a subject. Using probability and weighing the options from process 2 to know which will have the most impact is the focus on this stage. Everything is a problem, your process of how you solve them matters.
