Having an entrepreneurial spirit, I am always trying to go the extra mile. This is why I´ve spent, in total, around two years volunteering in parallel to my studies and while working a full-time job. My most recent experience is from Croatian Association for Blockchain and Cryptocurrency (UBIK), the leading organization in Croatia for spreading awareness and sharing knowledge on blockchain technologies. My role as an Operations Manager had a broad specter of assignments, such as creating financial reports, budgeting, and internal control of active and inactive memberships. In addition, my primary assignment was planning monthly meetups and educational workshops. Quickly, we started preparing for the BlockSplit conference – the largest Web3 conference in the SEE where I was part of the Organizing Committee. After passing some time in TradFi I soon recognized I wanted to do more and combine the existing operations, project management, and growth experience with my passion for Web3 -- looking for jobs where I can engage with education, finance, and operations!
