I'm a data-driven professional with over 7 years of experience at the intersection of data analytics, blockchain strategy, and Web3 innovation. I specialize in building predictive models, designing scalable tokenomics systems, and crafting data strategies that directly impact business growth and user engagement. As Lead Data Analyst at Hexagon Game Studio, I built the analytics function from the ground up, contributing to two major game projects: Tons of Dungeons (Telegram-based, 2M+ users) and Honeyland (Web & mobile, 300K+ users). My work led to significant revenue growth, improved marketplace conversion, and a major reduction in churn through machine learning and user behavior modeling. Previously, I helped launch and scale token economies at Mazdax Exchange and Crypto-Potential, improving platform adoption and reducing marketing costs through data-informed strategy.
