Passionate business and technical leader with 15 years of international multi-sector experience in Fintech, CeFi/DeFi, quantitative research and trading, digital lending, and alternative data, I offer unique expertise in Data Science (from Machine Learning to Analytics Engineering), cloud architecture, data strategy, digital transformation and innovation, management and recruitment. I am overall a strategic thinker for complex problem-solving with a unique business understanding and a strong leadership and entrepreneurship mindset. I strive to level up the data-driven process and standards by serving as an AI & DeFi evangelist in data-driven transformation, decision intelligence and the future of finance. Moreover, besides my main activity I provide expertise for a large number of projects related to Machine Learning, quantitative trading research (mainly in crypto derivatives), Decentralized Science (DeSci), blockchain analytics and DeFi, federated learning, algorithm fairness and disinformation concerns.
