I am a 39 year old from Venezuela, who has been living in Colombia for the past 5 years. Customer Service has been my vocation. I have worked from retail stores, insurance companies, hotels, and in the cryptocurrencyworld such as Binance. The type of job I look for is the one that challenges you to be better everyday, that keeps you out of the routine, and with the ability to be problem solving. I´m a person who likes to listen what others have to say. Hearing their concerns or issues in detail gives me the opportunity to resolve them, to the best of my abilities, so they can leave with the knowledge that I did all I could to help them, even if the issue has to be resolved by another team, or if it cannot be solved at all.
