Experienced customer Support Representative who consistently meets and exceeds productive goals. Dedicated to identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions to all problems. Bilingual, hardworking, and ready to join the next team.  I have experience working in customer support. I started with Deriv, an online trading platform that offers options, CFD, crypto, forex, Mt5, etc. My role was to serve the client to the best of my ability, and I was successful as I worked in the trading team. Working for Deriv I learned to handle an average of 80 customers daily.  Later, I joined Binance, the number one crypto exchange in the world. Even though my role didn't change as much, I ended up learning a lot about crypto, and I was impressed by blockchain technology.
