My experience in 3 company is using Zendesk for a Customer Service tools and WHMCS for the ticket support : As a Support we helping customer problem from error compatibility/DDOS attack/malware/etc and helping Sales about product knowledge, helping billing about invoice, POS System for report logistic, sales, and setup promotion, And last is Whatapp Bussiness API to make a special promotion for loyal membership. I am interested in the world of cryptocurrency which has increasingly large adoption starting from large institutions that have entered it and BTC & ETH already accepted recently and in the future that the country adoption , Im starting my crypto Spot trading on 2021 searching low cap to get big bet and move to 2023 trying futures and playing social app Friend Tech and 2024 im start using Cold Wallet, Telegram Bot and farming Airdrop.
