I am quite experienced in project management, quality management and process management, working across all levels of organization, rich experienced in traditional project management skills and agile methodologies. And I have superb organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing value and efficiency, with system thinking to drive improvements not only on process but more on value-delivering. I serve as a liaison to senior management with macro view on organization objectives and daily operations on priority changes and resource adjustments. And I have been working in different organization and experienced lots of projects, which gives me learning opportunities from different industries. In the continuous improvement journey, I experienced a lot in process and framework adoption, such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Lean, CMMI, PLM, etc. And I also practice soft skills in Coaching/Facilitation/Training area. And I drove quite a lot of improvements based on solid measurement systems, creating dashboard and matrix to track progress, performance, and resource balance; applying tools such as PowerBI, Google Data Studio, PipeDrive, Jira, 7 Quality Tools, PDCA, Ishikawa, Kaizen, RCA/EDA, 5 Why, GROW, Six Sigma, etc. I grow with my organization, with certified CMMI internal auditor, ISO9001 & ISO 27001 internal auditor, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Less Practitioner (CLP), Train Trainer Training (TTT), and Six Sigma Orange Belt.
