Dear, Greetings!! I'm a Web3 enthusiastic and started looking Blockchain based Articles, Projects & Products from winter of 2021. I have been praised for my attention to detail skills and I love being challenged at solving problems. I've relevant qualifications in IT, and currently working at Anatta Design, Inc, as a Quality Analyst. I've also developed systems to identify defects and errors, during the testing of various software and applications. In my present roles and responsibilities, I’ve accomplished the following: - Have worked on eCommerce (B2B, B2C) web based applications of Health & Wellness,Fashion, Food, Education industries - Analysed applications, computer systems, and functional, accessibility, visual & basic security errors to identify defects and weaknesses. Reported issues to developers and verified fixes to client satisfaction. - Set and verified standards of quality and testing procedures by reviewing and modifying quality assurance programs as well as testing performance to meet user’s specific requests and data inputs. - Assessment of QA performance, where I retrieved and analysed QA information to identify the root causes of performance gaps and other related QA problems. My Bug Story [Fewer recent ones]: - Recently I’ve identified a consistent issue during regressing on Samsung Galaxy S20 | Android 11 | Chrome; however, the client partner ignored citing as soon to be obsolete and low user interaction on combination of mentioned device/s but to our surprise within 4 days of release the same issue was reported 7 times by Customer Happiness Team. - Though I’ve encountered Intermittent Bugs several times in my career so far; but I guess the following I’ll remember for a very long time as it good enough time to capture the exact step and fix them, here it goes “Landing pages were getting laggy/freeze after the use of certain period of my one of the Wordpress based website on Test Environment [Staging] only and after certain time it starts working as usual so after continuous testing we identified the pattern of our navigation through the pages during testing and then reported it. The reason was it was building an unnecessary cache in GraphQL [due to an update on their end] on Staging Site.” - Awhile ago “We’ve integrated a 3rd party application to support our Monthly Instalment Program to provide End User a flexibility to buy the product in maximum 4 instalment; but while calculating it was rounding off an extra dollar for certain Orders” upon analysing we identified this was because of Shipping Address used for those Orders” I would appreciate your consideration of my application for this job opening as I believe that my skills are a suitable match for the job’s requirements.
