I am a solutions-oriented strategic leader, experienced in developing successful organizations and dynamic teams in rapid growth environments. Throughout my 15 years of working in technology, life sciences, healthcare and consulting, I have played every role; from being a Project Manager, Business Analyst, QA Officer, Head of Product and COO. I therefore bring a perspective anchored in experience to get organizations aligned and optimized by having the right people in the right seats, and processes that allow the organization to scale and grow. I am looking for roles that allow me to flex my skills and provide me opportunities to work across verticals and teams to build solutions for unique problems. What I have enjoyed best about getting into the blockchain space is the emergent tech that allows for novel approaches to creative team problem solving.
