I have been in a customer-facing role in every job I've ever had. I have served customers face-to-face, over the phone, through Zoom and via email. I am comfortable conversing and problem-solving through any one of these platforms. I am looking for a role with a major customer service aspect. I think that crypto and Web 3 have amazing potential. However, I can only imagine how hard onboarding new clients will be with this new technology. I want to help make the onboarding and overall customer experience easier.
