An executive leader who is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over ten years of experience that includes work within public and private sector organizations that span both technical and business environments. I am a culturally sensitive professional with solid experience in managing multiple complex projects employing a hybrid approach (i.e., traditional waterfall methodologies and/or Agile methodologies) to achieve strategic imperatives. Expert in coaching and training new teams on the implementation of Agile-Scrum. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which makes for seamless, effective, beneficial, and strategic collaboration when working with various teams and stakeholders. My work to date demonstrates a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail and demonstrable ability in delivering and coordinating projects from initiation to project closeout.
