• Lead a core team of 5 individuals and collaborate closely with vendors to serve as the project manager throughout all phases of the digital transformation project management lifecycle. • Ensure timely completion of the Salesforce CRM system digitalization process by overseeing this project management milestones from initiation, coordination, configuration, customization, implementation, and monitoring to meet the agency's needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop workflows for data integration, and ensure accurate data collection for analysis, reporting, and audit purposes. • Formulate project strategies, assess potential risks, mitigate risks with backup plans, and enhance the efficiency of resource allocation to ensure optimal project outcomes. • Execute project timelines and monitor project deliverables within the assigned budget ensuring precise implementation within the specified time parameters. • Provide regular project communications, including status updates and progress report to senior management and stakeholders. • Manage, supervise and support the cross-functional team on projects/initiatives to ensure successful on project deliveries. • Conducted retrospective meetings every 2 weeks with a team of 5 and monthly system and project reviews with a team of 7. • Support internal stakeholders in the timely collection and provision of data for programs and initiatives. • Establish a periodic reporting system and intuitive dashboards for data performance. • Analyse collected data to conduct research aligned with the agency's mission, producing evidence-based reports and analysis for external stakeholders/ funders.
