Previous Experience • Platform Integration: • Data handling during the merger of 2 OTT platforms(Merger of 200k subscribers, 3M subscribers) and expansions (addition of ~110K subscribers across 5 regions) and streamlining in the amazon redshift. • Created EDAs for deriving conversion ratio in newly launched regions which got converted to conversion tracker. • Ad-hoc & Automation: • Led Automation of weekly, monthly excel reports to dashboards in Apache Preset to standardize, reduce time and manual intervention required for reports by more than 50%. • Gained a deep understanding of Cohort Analysis, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Churn Metrics, Customer Life Time Value, Customer Engagements, Customer Segmentation, etc. • Collaborated with front end team for major upgrades in UAT and production dashboards. • Predictive Analysis: • Integrated active customer base from multiple platforms and identified users pertaining to different buckets. • Performed behavioral segmentation using K-Means clustering with Model accuracy of 91% on the test set. • Created multiple EDAs to analyze the top performers across segments based on viewership KPI’s. • Segmentation and Profiling of users to analyse behavioural insights for predicting consumption.
