Looking for internships remote or in office primarily in London. However, if possible I would be happy to work abroad. I am highly proficient in financial data analysis, particularly in building and modifying financial models and portfolios for investment opportunities. This is attributable to my proficiency in the R coding language, which is highly transferrable to python, and from which I have produced reports on both value and equally weighted portfolios of companies investment portfolios in stock markets. Pulling data from various data sources such as Bloomberg, WRDS, and Eikon, and optimising the portfolio to fit specific investment strategies such as return targets, risk aversion, as well as limiting short selling possibilities. As well as producing benchmarks against major US index funds, down to more specific, diverse groups of asset, such as foreign exchanges, cryptocurrencies, and commodity ETFs. I also have developed a strong excel skillset, through producing models on inventory models, and linear programming, I have learnt a good range of tricks and methods which would position me well to meet the demands of most job roles.
