This well-funded venture-backed company has an international footprint with our headquarters in San Jose, California in the heart of Silicon Valley. We have paying customers and are rapidly scaling.

We’re looking for a Document Controller who is passionate about creating processes from scratch or early in development and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

This is a great opportunity to get to know some very smart people in the Valley, learn about the coolest new technologies, and solve a broad range of exciting problems such as scaling up hardware products to mass production, developing artificial intelligence, security, and positioning solutions.

You will be a core member of our early stage team. We work on everything from machine learning, to security, to high performance computing, to IoT devices, to dynamic web apps, etc.

Responsibilities:

Create systems to manage company documents

Ensure that all documents are up to date

Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed

Work with auditors to maintain ISO status

Train employees on how to use and access the documents

Communicate and collaborate with program and project managers

Follow and create company procedures for standardization

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain

Very detail oriented

Ability to analyze data and come to conclusions

Great time management skills

Ability to follow procedures exactly

Incredible organizational skills

Microsoft office suite skills as well as document management software such as Docufree, Docstar or similar

Can work independently without much guidance

Ability to communicate effectively across several cross functional teams
