She has broad industry experience in Ecommerce, Retail, Distribution, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, High Tech Electronics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Professional Services. Kathryn strives to develop long-term relationships with all of her clients built on trust and exceptional service.

Kathryn began her career by launching Kathryn Kerrigan Footwear, one of the first dot com fashion ecommerce companies where she was recognized as Crain Magazine’s 40 Under 40, Inc. Magazine’s 30 Under 30 and Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Emerging Entrepreneurs. She harnessed and applied this experience to Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. within the ecommerce and technology space.

Throughout Kathryn’s career she has led large and complex change initiatives for her clients and today leverages her twenty years of experience as the CEO and Founder of UnKommon Revolution. UnKommon Revolution is a professional services firm that guides its clients through the process of Digital Transformation, leveraging its market tested methodology which ensures success through proper executive alignment, effective project governance and measurements, as well as best-in-class platforms from leading providers. With a focus on AI & ML, UnKommon Revolution is a trusted partner in the realm of Generative AI, automating and optimizing business processes.
