About Shana:
Shana Farrell is a transformational change agent with years of experience using her restorative strength to make positive changes for people and organizations. She is a certified life purpose coach, certified transformational life coach, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certified Spiritual Companion who provides hope and inspiration to those who struggle or suffer; specializing in empowering others to overcome darkness. Shana is an inspiring storyteller who shares techniques and strategies that individuals can easily integrate into their lives. She utilizes a holistic approach (mind, body and spirit) to empower others how to be their best self and live their best life; by conquering self-limiting identities and beliefs through overcoming challenges, change or crisis. Shana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Communication from Alverno College and a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College. She is a graduate of Leadership Fox Cities and the Wisconsin Technical College System Leadership Development Institute (WLDI). Shana spent years pursing her spiritual callings, as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children of abuse or neglect, and as a hospice/bereavement volunteer and Hospice Care Consultant with Compassus, Bereavement Coordinator with ProMedica (Heartland) Hospice and is currently a Hospice Volunteer Specialist with ThedaCare. Shana's meaningful work experiences were catalysts in her journey to fully realizing her purpose, potential and impact in the world. She is a Life Purpose Coach supported by the Life Design Center at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Shana is a Certified Life Coach and Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) through the iNLP Center, California, and Certified Spiritual Companion through UW-Green Bay. In her free time, Shana volunteers as a life purpose coach; transformational life coach and spiritual companion, as the Founder of New Life Coaching & Consulting.
