Jerome Imhoff is a Career Coach, Life Coach, and Professional Résumé Writer with nearly 20 years of experience in Employment Services.  He made his foray into the industry as a career counselor and job developer at an adult vocational school, then spent 5 years as a recruiter for a national staffing firm before starting his private coaching and résumé writing practice and joining Randstad RiseSmart as a career coach. Jerome is a volunteer panelist and presenter for the San Francisco Job Forum, sponsored by LinkedIn.

He has personally written 3500+ résumés, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and professional biographies. In 2017, he was hired by LinkedIn to review the profiles of premium members against best practices.  As a career coach, Jerome helps job seekers and career changers (at all levels  of employment and across all industries) to assess their career goals and acquire a strategic edge to navigate an ever-changing and highly competitive job market. He has coached numerous clients to successful employment with such companies as Google, Facebook, Apple, LinkedIn, Kaiser Permanente, The Nation magazine, Microsoft, GE Digital, Intel Corporation, and other high-profile companies. 

Jerome is a Certified Human Resources Professional (PHR), a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, and a certified ARTbundance Life Coach and Practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education (BSED) with majors in English and music as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Education (MAED) with an emphasis on Language Arts

He's also the co-host of the podcast UpLevel Your Career with Judson & Jerome and the host of the podcast Manifesting Brilliance: Living Your Authentic Life. He is the author of A Place in the Choir: Reclaiming My Relationship with God as a Queer Man. 

Jerome lives in Palm Springs, CA where he loves spending time with his husband and their two dogs, Lily and Rocco. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano, reading, exploring art galleries, attending concerts/theater, and binge-watching Netflix. 

He was once described by a dear friend as a hummingbird on caffeine. This description captures the optimism, wonder, and whimsy with which he navigates his world. A spiritual life coach and illumination guide, Jerome is a certified meditation teacher and transformational leader, a certified NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner, a certified ARTbundance Coach and Practitioner, and a certified career coach. He has been a dedicated student and teacher of A Course in Miracles for more than three decades. His work focuses on leading others to embrace their connection to the Divine.
