Tania Palmariellodiviney is the Founder and Director of Data Privacy Simplified Ltd, a leading consultancy providing Data Protection Officer-as-a-Service and privacy advisory support across the health, social care, education, charity, and private sectors. With a Master’s degree in Health Information Governance and a BCS GDPR Practitioner Certificate, Tania is recognised as a trusted authority in data protection and information governance (IG).
Tania’s career spans high-impact roles within NHS England, NHS Digital, the 100,000 Genomes Programme, acute NHS Trusts, and as Data Privacy Lead at City & Guilds Group in a global regulatory environment. Today, she leads a multidisciplinary team delivering outsourced DPO support to over 160 GP practices, local authorities, charities such as Carers in Bedfordshire, and numerous healthcare and commercial organisations.
A Fellow of the Information and Records Management Society (IRMS), Tania has been awarded Data Protection Service Provider of the Year (2024) at the Real Cyber Awards and is a finalist for Information Governance Professional of the Year (2025) and Privacy Champion of the Year (SME, 2025).
She is also a keynote speaker at national and international conferences, known for her practical, people-focused approach to privacy.
