Bibbes is the President of TNB BPM Consulting, a business process management and process improvement consulting firm that helps small and midsize organizations improve operational performance through practical, sustainable change. With more than two decades of experience in business process improvement, project management, and organizational transformation, he works collaboratively with executives, managers, and frontline employees to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and create measurable improvements in productivity, customer service, and organizational effectiveness. Before founding TNB BPM Consulting, Dr. Bibbes directed the Process Improvement Program for the Georgia Governor’s Office of Customer Service, where he led Lean process improvement initiatives across state agencies and trained employees in business process management, project management, and change management. His consulting experience spans government, healthcare, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and the private sector, where he has helped clients align operational processes with strategic goals while building internal capabilities to sustain long term success.
