An initiation is supposed to be a passage: you face something hard, you get changed by it, you come out the other side. But many of us, try to take the hit and skip the transformation, we just get the wound, build armor around it, and call the armor a personality.

About Dane:

Since I was quite young I was fascinated and challenged by social order, culture and systems of power. After being expelled from school I studied comparative religion and media.

I also had a ten year rap career and ran workshops for troubled teens. After decades of self development and spiritual seeking I began creating my own systems. The most well known of those was The Spiral - a fusion of kinesiology, NLP, spiral dynamics and the chakra system.

Over ten years I trained 100s of people, certified the modality and built a movement that continues to this day. In 2020 I exited the company to focus more on art, ritual and entrepreneurship. Over the last 20 years I've facilitated more spaces than I can count ranging from corporate, PD, new age, tantra, occult, mens work and embodiment.

I've published 8 books and made a few million dollars selling THE most obscure retreats, workshops and courses. I'm currently training at the renowned Tavistock Institute of Human Relations to sharpen my lens on power, systems and shadow in organisations and conscious communities.
